VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI
Scot Buker joined BizCapital in February 2009 and is responsible for generating SBA and USDA loan volume through the firm’s small business lending fund.
Mr. Buker has worked within the financial services industry for nearly two decades and has served in wide variety of roles including credit administration, business origination, capital markets, and loan syndication. Prior to joining BizCapital, Mr. Buker spent seven years at General Electric – the last four of which were with its Capital Markets Group. He was responsible for facilitating loan fundings, while working with national, regional and local lenders, which provided both loan volume and fee income for General Electric.
Mr. Buker graduated from Truman State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. While at General Electric, Mr. Buker earned his Six Sigma Green Belt and Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Michele Fleher joined BizCapital in November 2009. As assistant vice president, Ms. Fleher supports the business development needs of the firm’s government guaranteed lending operations, including assistance with generating SBA and USDA loans.
Ms. Fleher has nearly 15 years of experience in working with SBA loans. Prior to joining BizCapital, she served as the regional manager assistant for business development at Community South Bank. Previously, Ms. Fleher worked at CTX Mortgage as a loan officer and Zions Bank as a business development officer.
Ms. Fleher earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri – Columbia and an associate’s degree in business from the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany.

Glenn Martin
Business Development representative

Glenn Martin joined BizCapital in January 2010. Mr. Martin is responsible for generating SBA and USDA loans in Florida, with a primary focus of seeking companies in need of financing options in the central, northern and panhandle regions of the state.
Mr. Martin has been working with SBA 7 (a), 504 and USDA B&I loans for approximately 15 years. He began his career as a credit analyst, underwriting government guaranteed loans with Zions Bank. Most recently, he worked as a credit manager for an internet based brokerage firm. Prior to that, Mr. Martin worked for CapitalSouth Bank as a business capital specialist developing relationships with mortgage brokers and business owners where he sought companies in need of financing.
Mr. Martin received his bachelor’s of science degree in Finance from Fairfield University in Connecticut. He is a member of the Small Business Resource Network and is actively involved in community service on waterway issues affecting the Florida coast.

tracy reckert
Vice President of Business Development
SAINT Louis, Missouri
Tracy Reckert joined BizCapital in 2009 and is responsible for generating SBA and USDA loan volume through the firm’s small business lending fund. Her primary focus is on building New Market Tax Credit qualified loans for Missouri.
Ms. Reckert has worked with small businesses on the lending side for her entire career. She specializes in SBA lending, having worked for two large National SBA lenders serving as the credit manager and most recently as a business development officer. She has looked at financial statements from thousands of businesses and has financed business acquisitions, franchises, start-ups, and the restructuring of debt to increase cash flow.
Ms. Reckert is a St. Louis native and graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with an accounting emphasis.

Jeffrey M. Roegge
Senior Vice President
St. Louis, Missouri
Jeff Roegge joined BizCapital in January 2009 and serves as the sales manager for the Small Business Lending Division. He is responsible for managing the BizCapital commercial loan officers and implementing ideas to create new business.
Mr. Roegge has nearly 15 years of commercial banking experience. Prior to joining BizCapital, he was a senior vice president, regional sales manager for Community South Bank. While at Community South, his region grew to 17 business development officers with annual production in excess of $100 million in SBA 7a, USDA, 504 and conventional loans. Additionally, he served as a SBA business development officer for Zions Small Business Lending, a division of Zions First National Bank and also spent time at Wells Fargo. Prior to SBA lending, Mr. Roegge was a stock broker for Dean Witter, where he obtained Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Mr. Roegge holds a bachelor’s of science in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He received the Margaret Ott Award of Excellence during his senior year for performance in the finance department. He is a member of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL). Jeff is also a veteran of the US Navy and Desert Storm where he was an Aviation Electrician 2nd Class Petty Officer aboard the USS Midway and NAS Diego Garcia.

Chris Sather
Vice President of Business Development
New Orleans, Louisiana
Chris Sather joined BizCapital in 2008 and is responsible for generating SBA and USDA loan volume through the firm’s small business lending fund. His primary focus is on building New Markets-qualified loans for Mississippi and Louisiana.
Mr. Sather brings more than a decade of banking, commercial lending and financial analysis experience to BizCapital. Most recently, he served as commercial lender, vice president for Central Progressive Bank in Slidell, La., where he was responsible for managing and expanding the bank’s $40 million commercial loan portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Sather worked for JP Morgan Chase Bank as business banker, assistant vice president and was responsible for the acquisition, retention and expansion of the business banking customers. While a Chase, Mr. Sather was a three-year Diamond Club member, awarded by the SBA.
Mr. Sather received a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. He volunteers his time at St. Margaret Mary School in Slidell.

Joseph S. Stock
Vice President of Business Development
SAINT Louis, Missouri
Joe Stock, who joined BizCapital in 2006, is involved in business development for the firm’s government guaranteed lending operations. He provides technical assistance and loan packaging for borrowers along with credit analysis and servicing for the portfolio.
Mr. Stock has significant lending experience in the St. Louis market, and has been originating government guaranteed loans for seven years. He gained expertise and SBA lending experience through his previous employment with a St. Louis-based certified development company. Since 2004, he has served as treasurer for the Small Business Week of Eastern Missouri.
Mr. Stock graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance. He graduated cum laude and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

Tommy Titus
Vice President of Business Development
JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI
Tommy Titus joined BizCapital in May 2009. He is responsible for generating SBA and USDA loan volume through the firm’s small business lending fund, with a focus on building New Market Tax Credit qualified loans for Mississippi and Louisiana.
Mr. Titus has worked as an account manager and sales manager in the non-traditional lending business for the past 20 years, developing extensive banking relationships in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and Tennessee. He has been involved in helping hundreds of small businesses through the start-up process or through assisting growing businesses with cash flow issues as well as equipment and inventory needs.
Mr. Titus received an associate’s degree from Clark College and attended Mississippi College.
