	Richard C. Pearce Business Development Officer New Orleans, Louisiana Richard “Dick” Pearce joined BizCapital in 2007. At the firm, Mr. Pearce is responsible for generating New Markets-qualified SBA and USDA loans in Louisiana. He previously served as vice president and chief credit officer at Wilshire Louisiana BIDCO, where he handled business development investments statewide and was in charge of the production of SBA loans within Louisiana. Prior to that, he served as vice president/manager/loan trader & pool assembler for SAMCO Capital Markets. Mr. Pearce’s lending and investment banking background also includes experience working as an SBA lender and trader at Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company of New Orleans and at First City National Bank of Houston in its Investment Division. Mr. Pearce earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the ABA Graduate Commercial Lending School. He is a Vietnam Veteran, serving on active duty in the U.S. Army from March 1970 to November 1971, and serving until 1979 in the Active Reserves.
	Arthur L. Magee Business Development Officer Jackson, Mississippi Art Magee, an experienced commercial banker and financial analyst, has extensive experience working with companies in all stages of growth. At BizCapital, he is responsible for business development and portfolio growth within the state of Mississippi. He brings 27 years of broad-based commercial banking experience to the firm, including extensive work with the Small Business Administration. A Mississippi native, Mr. Magee joined BizCapital in 2007 after eight years as chief financial officer for a utility firm in Shreveport, La. Mr. Magee holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and is a graduate of the School of Banking of the South in Baton Rouge, La.

	Joseph S. Stock Business Development Officer St. Louis, Missouri Joe Stock, who joined BizCapital in 2006, is involved in business development for the firm’s government guaranteed lending operations. He provides technical assistance and loan packaging for borrowers along with credit analysis and servicing for the portfolio. Mr. Stock has significant lending experience in the St. Louis market, and has been originating government guaranteed loans for seven years. He gained expertise and SBA lending experience through his previous employment with a St. Louis-based certified development company. Since 2004, he has served as treasurer for the Small Business Week of Eastern Missouri. Mr. Stock graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance. He graduated cum laude and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.
